Smart Case
New Form Coverage: EOIR-26, EOIR-27, EOIR-29, N-565, N-600, I-102, I-407, I-526E. Most of the USCIS forms should have already been included in previous launches. You can find the full list here.
Form Update: I-131, I-134, I-589, I-765, I-765WS, I-821D.
Billing
QuickBooks integration is now supported. Feel free to contact us to enable this feature if needed. For more details, please check the user guide here.
Information import from another case
If you want to prepare a new case with similar information filled in a previous one, you can now import information from that case. A typical scenario is to prepare H-1B cases for two people with the same position. For more detail, please check here.
Task
In the task setting, you can now choose to allow clients to complete tasks without uploading any documents if not applicable.
For task upload, you and your clients can now choose a folder so that all documents in the folder and sub-folders will be selected with the appropriate prefix names. If the document is too large, you can upload it by the document link from any file hosting service such as Dropbox.
Clio
Finally, two-way sync for Clio integration is supported. Information can be synced from Neutrinet to Clio or viseFeel free to contact us for more details.
